So, how exactly does one begin their journey to ultimate stretchy, toned, yoga awesomeness? The answer is maybe the simplest yet most difficult part of beginning anything that you hope to one day master; forget everything you thought you knew about it. To get you started, here’s a short list of sneaky things that might be holding you back.

  1. You need to go to a physical yoga class for proper instruction. Wrong! It is this mindset that creates a plethora of concerns for many people who have considered doing yoga.
